• Affairs shall be conducted in accordance to the Islamic sharia and according to the generally accepted principle of Shura(consultation).
• Men and women are equally responsible for energizing the activities conducted in the Center within the framework prescribed by the Islamic Sharia (Islamic Jurisprudence).
• Activities and events that promote social, ethnic or racial disharmony shall not be endorsed, permitted, or allowed by the Center.

1. Started in 1998 in a rental apartment
2. Has been offering five time prayers at the musallah and Jumua Prayers at Old Redmond Schoolhouse
